The "Promoting Sustainable Economic and Regional Employment, Education and Vocational Training in Albania" (ProSEED) program is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The project supports the Albanian Ministry of Finance and Economy (MEF), the Office of the Prime Minister (PMO) and other relevant institutions, namely the Albanian Agency for Investment Implementation (AIDA). The competition of Business Plan IDEA, called "IDEA -Challenge" will provide the CEFE methodology to improve business development services in Albania.

Young entrepreneurs, or entrepreneurs  who have a business idea, have the opportunity to become part of the IDEA project, a program that supports innovative developments for entrepreneurs in Albania.

The "IDEA Challenge" project, which comes after a pilot phase in 2016, offers a unique opportunity for 1,000 new initiatives to increase their entrepreneurial competencies and business skills by helping them develop the necessary set of characteristics, to generate ideas and to offer a definitive and persuasive business plan. This project will take place in two years 2018-2019.

The application time has begun and lasts until February 15, 2018.

Part of the project can be anyone who has an idea or business no older than three years in any potential sector.

Jetona Myteveli, IDEA Project Coordinator, states that "IDEA provides a complete training package on business competence and skills, three months of counseling, and two months of mentoring."

Myteveli emphasizes that, "Training is realized through the CEFE method. This is an interactive training method with high participation. Young entrepreneurs through experience in the exercises that bring business situations and through reflection on past experience develop concepts and alternatives to address business challenges. "

Training in three modules provides for 1) developing basic entrepreneurial skills, 2) developing advanced skills and 3) counseling and mentoring. "Much of the information you hear about entrepreneurship is wrong. Entrepreneurship is not magical, it is not mysterious and has no relation to the genes. It is a discipline and as any discipline can be learned, "says Peter Drucker, project representative.

The IDEA project invites young people to become part of innovative startups in Albania that develop entrepreneurial competencies and business skills, from developing the necessary characteristics, generating ideas, and finalizing a persuasive business plan.
